We require a card on file to book all appointments. This card will NOT be charged except in the event of a no show or late cancellation. If you plan to use a gift card at your appointment, you will still need to put a card on file to reserve your spot.

Cancellation Policy:

Please provide at least 24hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failing to do so will result in a $20 late cancellation fee. No-show appointments will be charged in full for the service booked. Repeated No-shows may result in being banned from booking with us.

If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, you will need to reschedule. If you are more than 10 minutes late without getting in contact with us beforehand, you will be charged for a no show. Being late will also result in that time being deducted from your appointment to ensure other guest’s appointments are not affected.
